I have mine set to store css as files also, so the mysql has a little bit less queries to work with. However, I do not know if it makes a difference in resolving errors by storing them as files.

Please ask your members if they experience graphical issues on mobile, ask them to post:

A screenshot of the graphical issue
Specify if they are using Android, Windows or Ios device
Does the graphical issue show every time?

Also I have problem with desktop computers. Our member Reported that.

It becomes almost impossible to use the forum freely either as a staff or a general member. Many a times the pages just halting without loading properly, or several other problems.
I just had to try 5-6 times to edit/moderate a post as most of the time the action of a click is not being performed & I had to refresh & refresh again.

For the time being I am just leaving all the moderating works as it's just becoming impossible, rather I am concentrating on posting, as that is the only possible thing I can do right now though which also involves lot of problems at present.

I am currently using this .htaccess, Please let me know. Do you have any Suggestions to fixing the Troubleshooting without remove the .htaccess rules?

    Code:
    # Author: Final Kaoss (aka: Extreme-Gaming)
    # Version 3.3

    # using the mod_rewrite option for friendly urls. If this is the case, copy this file
    # to your forum component stub directory.

    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>

I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with the issues your user is describing. The last thing I can think of that probably wasn't done would be the infamous post 3. This is to be used in conjunction with the custom rules to help gzip & cache.

found this recommendation about the login issue that you are experiencing. You may want to set the settings similar:
I would suggest you add your domains to your white list in vb options and then your cookies in vb and photopost set like this
    cookie path /
    cookie prefix bb
    cookie domain .mysite.com
    Example..

I have found that if I log into the front page the username is not showing at the top. However, if I login when checking a subforum, I am able to login successfully. I was also able to reply to the thread http://vgchat.info/forum/threads/166...me-3DS-Trailer without issues while being logged in.

Disable vbulletin content caching (since apache is handling that now)

AdminCP > Options > Server Settings and Optimization Options > Disable Content Caching: Set to yes

*Note these changes did not show immediately for me but they did show that they were working for me after roughly 15 minutes.
If this doesn't help to resolve the issues with the caching & gzip rules then I'm afraid I can't help you further.
